You know, eating less and working out more isn’t as easy as it looks. I remember banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why something that sounded so simple was so difficult for me.
We’ve all been taught that if we can stick to a diet for long enough, then after it’s over, we’ll be skinny, never crave cookies or be unhappy ever again. Sure there are some women who can stick to a diet, and do lose weight, but I am not one of those people, and I’m guessing… neither are you.
But guess what? Trying to diet to lose weight actually doesn’t work for most people, and it’s not that there’s anything wrong with you, you’re just doing it wrong. And when you’re doing it wrong, you could spend years going in circles, never cracking the code to feeling happy in your skin.
You see, there’s a really simple step that most weight loss programs are missing. It’s probably not something you’ve considered before and it’s actually a little counterintuitive which is why I wanted teach you all about it in the second video in the Live More Weigh Less Training Series, that I told you about on Thursday.
