This Week’s Whole Woman Challenge: Try Something New

Ever worry about looking like an idiot? Or failing? Or not being the best at something?

These feelings are what keep us in a constant state of routine and boredom.

Maybe you want to be more spontaneous or try new things, but your fear of being vulnerable wins.

The key to remembering that you are a whole woman and having a life that reflects your soul is to risk looking like a fool for love – of life, of excitement, of joy.

So this week, I want you to try something new. Maybe that means going to a new yoga class, trying pottery, buying some paints and doing a watercolor, driving to a place you’ve never been, make a new friend at a coffee shop or that nice mom at pick-up. Maybe you want to dabble in some magic and try a spell, make an herbal tincture or some homemade bath salts infused with an intention.

Don’t forget to post a photo of yourself taking this risk with #WholeWomanChallenge to Instagram, so we can all get ideas and celebrate each other.

Love,
Sarah
