#WholeWomanChallenge Week 5: Read at a Cafe + the 5 books that changed my life

This Week’s Whole Woman Challenge Week 5: Read at a Cafe

This is my all-time favorite activity. I’m not sure why exactly. I think it makes me feel a bit Parisian – a lady of leisure. It helps the world slow down and my mind rest. It also doesn’t take that long. So grab a book or a magazine, throw on some fun shoes or that red lipstick, and head out to a cute cafe. Read for just 30 minutes – or maybe a few hours. Snap a pic and post to Instagram with #WholeWomanChallenge, so we can get some reading ideas and see cute cafes from all over the world!  I would love it if you would share your top 3 all-time favorite books with us as well.

Here’s a list of the 5 books that changed my life:
A Return to Love by Marianne Williamson
The Red Book by Sera Beak
The Slow Down Diet by Marc David
The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte
Intimate Communion by David Deida

I can’t wait to see your cafe photos!

Love,
Sarah

P.S. If this week’s challenge makes you feel at all guilty, like you shouldn’t be taking the time away from your work or family to just sit at a cafe, I invite you to watch my free workshop, “The 4 Lies that Keep Women Overwhelmed, Plagued with Guilt, and Feeling Like They Aren’t Enough.” Click here to check it out and see what’s behind the guilt.

We would love to hear from you, leave a comment.
