Returning To What’s Real With Rosh Hashanah
When I set out to create the Live More Challenge I had no idea how much it would take on a life of it’s own. With over 13,000 women participating and thousands and thousands of photos posted, we seriously started a Live More Revolution.
Many of you inspired your friends, sisters, mothers and perfect strangers to step up and create a more fun and meaningful life. I hope you are very proud of yourself.
It’s not easy to go against the grain and commit to making yourself a priority, but I hope you experienced that the more filled up you are, the greater capacity you have to love, care for others and take care of your body. I did this challenge because I really want women to get that true freedom in your body and around food doesn’t come from restriction, hatred and punishment. It can only come from fun, self-care, depth and intention.
There were so many women who posted photos, but there were a handful who stood out in their dedication, creativity and support of the other women. I’m so excited to offer these women the following prizes.
Our Live More Weigh Less scholarship winners are: Meg (@megmwalk), Kimberly Austin (@k4clife) and Viki Stanley-Hutchison (@vikistanleyhutchison).
The winner of the $500 Anthropologie shopping spree is Monique (@que_ricardo).
Congratulations!!! I am so excited for you women and so grateful for how you showed up as a leader and a support to other women.
Today I saw this FB post from Linda:
Thank you #SarahJenks for the last two weeks, it has made me think about myself a lot, but what now girls? Does anyone else feel a bit lost now that we don’t have emails giving us advice and challenges to do?
Great question. Here’s the truth, when we start the journey of taking care of ourselves, we are in total bliss. Everything about the world seems right, we feel alive, energized and like we can do anything. But the truth is that without a sustained container, being fully committed to something, a community, solid guidance and personal support, our pink bubble can pop.
And when our pink bubble pops, we feel defeated, low, angry and lost. I don’t want that to happen to you.
The next step for you is to listen to the Get Out of Body Jail Workshop (I just released a recording this morning for reasons I explain in my previous email). In the workshop I go through the three biggest mistakes women make when trying to Get Out of Body Jail. We didn’t cover this stuff in the challenge. I needed to make sure I have a longer and more intimate container to go through this deeper work with you.

At the end of the workshop, I have an opportunity for you to go even deeper with me so you can get the container, curriculum, personal support and community necessary to take this work to a much higher level.
Because here’s the truth, we’ve only just scratched the surface.
And if you decide that you are content with where you are, please know I am here cheering you on every step of the way, and I am so excited to continue to connect with you on instagram during my weekly blog posts. You are part of this community now, and I am looking forward to a long relationship.
