As someone who helps prepare brides for their big day and as a soon-to-be bride myself, I see daily how bridal weight-loss programs promoting “fool-proof diet plans” and excessive workout routines may prove effective for a few weeks but eventually lead to stress, depleted energy, bad moods and bingeing.
I know first hand, that there is a MUCH better way to lose weight for your wedding and look radiant on your special day. On June 24TH I am going to give you a step-by-step plan on how to achieve just that.

This workshop will deal with a more effective way to prepare for your wedding, a way that will allow you to wake up the morning of your wedding feeling calm, centered and completely in love with your body instead of frazzled, strung out and depleted.
Usually I charge $50 per person for this workshop, but since I am so excited about sharing these life-changing strategies with Manhattan brides at the beginning of the summer, I’m thrilled to partner with my all-time favorite kitchenware store, Williams-Sonoma, and offer it to you for free.
