I’m so excited to get started on our Whole Woman Summer Challenge!
To start off this first week, I want to invite you to slow down with me. Summer, like winter, is a slower paced season. A time to unwind from all the action of the last few months. You deserve the downtime, every day of the week. There is nothing better than taking half an hour out of your day to lounge in the tub. Treat yo’self. You deserve it.
Today’s Whole Woman Challenge Week 1: Take a Bath (or a really awesome shower)
This week, I want you to make time to take a bath. It might be just for 5-10 minutes and that’s ok. You can just fill up the tub and get in, or here are a few ideas to enhance it. When I pimp out my bath with the things below, I transform it from a chaotic bathroom strewn with bath toys from bathing my two insane toddlers, to a gorgeous spa.
**If you don’t have a tub, no problem. Maybe you can light some candles, put some essential oil on your shower head, turn off the lights, put on some incredible music and have a Goddess Shower. Get creative. 🙂
