Happy New Year!!! I hope you had the time of your life last night.

Sometimes New Years Eve calls for getting a little sloshed, so if you’re feeling the effects of your celebration, I wanted to give you my hangover cure.

  1. Pop 2 motrin and drink 2 glasses of water with lemon
  2. Take a hot shower for 15 minutes, then turn the water to cold for 10 seconds, then back to hot… repeat 4-5 times
  3. Put on something comfy but stylish
  4. Go for a walk
  5. Make a hearty but healthy breakfast. I suggest eggs, organic bacon, brown rice and some greens. Skip the coffee (it’ll only make you feel worse). If you’re nauseous, try something spicy.
  6. Get out of the house and do something fun, I think going to the movies is perfect.
  7. Participate in your nookie of choice. Works like a charm.
  8. Cook a nice dinner and talk about your dreams and goals for 2012.

I of course don’t condone getting drunk all the time, but we’re only human and sometimes we get carried away.

And you better believe I wasn’t sitting around sipping wheat grass last night.

I know you’re probably swearing off alcohol for the rest of your life, but I’d love for you to reconsider and have a glass of wine with me at my private party… I’ll be sending out an invite later this week so keep your eyes open.
