If you haven’t been to a Ceremony or Workshop with me before, here’s what to expect:

1. My Ceremonies and Workshops are Sacred experiences and I will bring you through a process. You don’t have to be familiar with, or even understand the concept of “Ceremony” – I’ll be ready to meet you wherever you are. Just come with an open mind!
2. A lot of what’s happening on the call is energetic (you’ll see when you come) so if you can come live, you’ll receive more.
3. It’s recorded, but I am offering a really incredible gift that you need to take action on in the first 24 hours, so please make time to watch the recording right away.
4. Bring a journal and something to write with, I will be asking you to answer some questions for yourself.
5. We will breathe, visualize, and move our bodies.
6. This is not great for children (I swear a lot) so if you can’t create some boundaries for yourself, best to watch the recording when you can!
7. I treat our online Ceremonies and Workshops like we are in person, so the same rules apply … try to limit moving around, driving, or frequent interruptions. Your presence affects the whole group so we really love it when you are all here. I know this feels strict, but this is part of the magic.
8. After we complete the experience, I will share about a paid offer to continue working together, but it’s just that – a share. And you will get so much out of tomorrow whether you decide to join me on my next adventure or not.
