If the Sacred Feminine – the Moon, the Goddess, our Wombs, our Magic, our Pleasure were all deemed evil, and our expression of the Feminine became punishable by death – then the only thing left as sacred was the Masculine.
So men became Gods, and women became servants.
Over time, women came to be afraid of our own sacred nature that naturally arises in us. When we want to be wild, when we crave pleasure, when we want liberation, when we remember our magic – we become afraid of ourselves!

For a while, I thought it was through playing by the rules, so I went to the number one liberal arts college in the country and got the best job I could after college, without thinking for a minute about if it was what I really wanted to do.
Then I thought it was through changing my body, so I quit my job to become an emotional eating coach and created a multimillion-dollar emotional eating program.
Then I thought it was through mindset — so I became a life coach and helped women work on their minds.
And I was still struggling. My health was a mess, my marriage was upside down, and I hated being a Mom to my two babies.
By the grace of the Goddess, I found myself in a Sacred Feminine Ceremony – and I felt my FULL SELF come “online.”
I remembered.
I realized that by reclaiming practices that were the source of women’s power, confidence, and clarity for millennia, I could reclaim that for myself, right now.
I became so clear on my vision, on what I was meant to create, what I deserved in my marriage, how I wanted to mother, and how to take care of my body so I could use it as an instrument for my medicine.
