For millennia, women lead alongside men. Not only were women respected, but we were worshiped for being embodiments of the Goddess. We were uncontrollable, powerful, and free.
Over time there was a worldwide campaign to oppress women, to make us controllable, malleable, and in service to men.
They did this by erasing the Sacred Feminine. Women were killed and tortured for being healers, medicine women, Witches, Shamans, and Priestesses. Powerful female deities were erased from religion and replaced with weak or evil female characters. Magic, Earth-based practices, and cyclical knowledge were associated with the devil.
